Property development marketing material: In a time of uncertainty in the Irish property marktet, this new luxurious five house development on the Hook Peninsula, required strong marketing material to attract potential buyers.
Research for a suitable property development name. Creative writing for the marketing collateral. Photography of the area. Liased with Architects, created 2D illustrations & 3D models from architects plans. Design of brochure, leaflets and road signage and maps.
We designed a colour scheme to sell the concept of 'Coastal Country Living' and applied it across the marketing materials.
The end result we provided to our client, is a selling tool with a contemporary design edge that portrays a lifestyle in the Hook area, while outling details and features of Templar's Way property development.

Advertising Material: Promotional collateral such as the poster and flyer were designed to provide St. Michael’s Theatre with the ability to update the editable content themselves as events change regularly.
The overall design focus builds a strong image complimenting the new St. Michael’s Theatre Brand Identity, one that will become easily recognisable at a glance, as being St. Michael’s Theatre Centre for the Arts.
The result is a sharp, funky, contemporary design that concentrates on the theme of entertainment.
Previously the organisation had no professionally designed cohesive identity, to reflect both their importance within the arts and their aspirations. The new Identity for St. Michael’s Theatre, Centre for the Arts, embraces the organisations creative, artistic and dynamic qualities.
The Identity communicates the importance of a ‘sense
of place’ the Arts Centre holds within the community of New Ross,
by reflecting the historical significance of the St. Michael’s Theatre building.
The creative nature of the Arts Centre, is reflected by using a fluid, 'energised',
hand written font type style.
